2. Why Do We Use Cookies?

4. What is Personal Data?

Personal data is all the information that makes it possible to identify a person, such as their name, telephone number, ID number, resume, etc.

It is important to note that specific personal information and sensitive data will only be collected by Grupo Aldan when the Data Holder him/herself registers to obtain information on reservations in the "Contact us" form.

 

4.2. How do we collect data?

In the “Contact us” form, Grupo Aldan collects the data you send to the e-mail contato@grupoaldan.com.br in order to make reservations, for example:

• Full name;

• CPF/CNE;

• Address;

• Telephone number;

• E-mail; and

• Other information that may be provided.

 

4.3. For what purposes do we process your data?

 

The information collected by Grupo Aldan will be stored in its database to fulfil the purpose requested by the Data Holder, where this information may also be kept to allow Grupo Aldan to offer products and services or even new business opportunities.

Therefore, the Data Holder, in this case, expressly authorizes Grupo Aldan to process the data in accordance with the clear and precise information mentioned above.

4.4. How do we store Cookies and Data?

Your browser stores Cookies on your hard drive, but they take minimal memory space that does not affect the performance of your computer, smartphone or any other device with internet access. Most of the information is erased right after the session is closed, according to the estimated time shown in the table provided in item 1.1.

Grupo Aldan will store information collected on its Pages on its own servers or servers hired by it.

Grupo Aldan uses reasonable market-proven and legally required means to preserve the privacy of the Data collected on its Pages. Thus, it adopts the following precautions, in compliance with the guidelines on security standards established in Decree n. º 8.771/2016, such as:

• Those who come into contact with the information are required to maintain its confidentiality. Breach of confidentiality will result in civil liability and the person responsible will be held accountable under Brazilian law; and

• It maintains an access history, where it is possible to identify the time, duration, identity of the employee or of the person responsible for the change and the object file, based on the connection and access records to applications, as set forth in article 13 of Decree n. º 8.771/2016.

Grupo Aldan applies its best efforts to preserve the privacy of your Data. However, no website is completely safe and Grupo Aldan cannot fully guarantee that all information carried on the Webpages are not subject to unauthorized access by means of methods designed to obtain information unduly. For this reason, we encourage and ask Users to work with us on data privacy by taking appropriate measures to protect themselves as well, such as keeping all usernames and passwords confidential, not sharing passwords under any circumstances, and using different, strong and secure passwords.
