The daily rate includes parking. If your apartment has one room, it includes one spot. For two rooms apartments it includes two parking spots. If you need any additional parking spot, contact the Front Desk. For Insurance Reasons only our personal staff is allowed to drive in the garages.
INTERNET ACCESS
The Internet access service is available via wi-fi throughout the building. If you need help, contact the Front Desk.
CHILDREN’S KIT
For your convenience, we offer a complimentary children’s amenities kit for children up to 2 years old on the day of arrival. This service is provided at no additional charge and is available upon prior request.
Reduced Mobility Kit
Wheelchair and shower chair available upon prior request.
Laundry (Self-Service)
For your convenience, we have a guest laundry located at S1 floor, open daily from 7am to 10pm. Equipped with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. The use of the space is free. We do not provide soap, fabric softener or any other product. To use this space, pic the key at out front-desk or schedule a time. We recommend that the guests be present throughout the process. We are not responsible for damages and / or losses of your clothes. If you have any doubts about the use or any problem with the equipment, please contact the housekeeping team.
Messages
All messages left for guests are recorded by our front desk team and delivered to the room.
