The daily rate includes parking. If your apartment has one room, it includes one spot. For two rooms apartments it includes two parking spots. If you need any additional parking spot, contact the Front Desk. For Insurance Reasons only our personal staff is allowed to drive in the garages.

INTERNET ACCESS

The Internet access service is available via wi-fi throughout the building. If you need help, contact the Front Desk.

CHILDREN’S KIT

For your convenience, we offer as a courtesy on the day of arrival an amenities kit for children up to 02 years old.

Reduced Mobility Kit

Wheelchair and Bath Chair, available for emergencies. In case of need, please contact the reception to check availability.

Laundry (Self-Service)

For your convenience, we have a guest laundry located at S1 floor, open daily from 7am to 10pm. Equipped with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. The use of the space is free. We do not provide soap, fabric softener or any other product. To use this space, pic the key at out front-desk or schedule a time. We recommend that the guests be present throughout the process. We are not responsible for damages and / or losses of your clothes. If you have any doubts about the use or any problem with the equipment, please contact the housekeeping team.

Messages

Any message left at the Front Desk is immediately sent to your room, there can be also messages recorded in your personal voice mail, indicated by a red light flashing on your phone. Please follow the instructions to listen to them.

In addition to the extra pillows and pillows located in the apartment’s closet, we offer other options for your comfort, as below:

Duoflair - 10 cm high in soft, perforated foam for increased ventilation. Ideal for those who sleep on their backs, on their sides or on their stomachs.
Cervical Latex - orthopedic, firm foam, designed with three curvatures. It is suitable for those who sleep on their side or on their back.
100% Latex - with a height of 15 cm and 100% soft latex foam with holes for air circulation. Has lower body temperature; refreshing.
Viscoelastic Foam (Nasa) - with a height of 14 cm, self-molding and soft, that adapts to the contour and body temperature. For those who sleep on their side or on their backs.
