Fitness Center
My satisfaction started at the reservation. I was traveling with my wife and 3-month-old baby, so I called the hotel to see if they could provide a crib. After a few hours, I received an e-mail confirming my request.
We were very well received by the front desk: while I was checking in, my wife was immediately taken to the suite in order to provide better comfort for the baby.
When we arrived at the suite, we saw that we had all the infrastructure needed for our son's stay, kitchen appliances, refrigerator, and microwave. The crib was spotless, with top quality bedding and a bath kit that was a great gift.
The bath amenities and bedding add to the coziness of the stay.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but we had lunch and a snack at night through room service. The dishes arrived quickly and were very tasty. The price was compatible with good restaurants in Belo Horizonte.
I will certainly return to the George V on my next trip to São Paulo, because it was a great experience.
